This Liberal MP voted to repeal carbon tax. Newfoundland and Labrador Liberal

MP Ken McDonald is the only member of his caucus to vote in favour of a

Conservative motion to repeal all carbon taxes.

'I've had people tell me they can't afford to buy groceries, they can't afford

to heat their homes... That's heart-wrenching,' McDonald said.
