Finally, the CER needs to be competitive with the existing U.S. regulations

and align with the Clean Air Act Standards and Guidelines for Electric Utilities.

Doing so means that rather than see investment dollars flow south, we can

maximize the competitiveness of the electricity sector —

ensuring affordability, reliability and sustainability of our grid.
